How do I process images?
Choose a tool, then drag and drop files or click ‘Select images’. Adjust the settings and click the process button to create your results. The download button next to a file saves that image individually, while ‘Download all’ saves all completed results as a ZIP file. If there is only one completed result, you can also save it without ZIP compression using the ‘Download image’ button in the results summary.
Which files can I use?
We support still JPG(JPEG), PNG, and WebP images. You can add files up to 50MB each, up to 30 files at a time, with a total of 250MB and up to 40 million pixels per image. GIF, HEIC, SVG, AVIF, and animated PNG/WebP are not supported. Output images are limited to 16,384 pixels per side and 40 million pixels in total. To protect browser memory, the combined size of all output files is also limited to 250MB. If you reach a limit, save the completed results and process the images in smaller batches.
About compression
Lowering the quality of JPG and WebP images can reduce file size, but may also reduce image quality. In automatic mode, JPG and WebP keep their original formats, while PNG is converted to WebP with its transparent background preserved. If automatic compression while keeping the original format results in a larger file, the original is provided. PNG output is re-saved losslessly, so its file size may increase. ‘Kept original’ means the file size was not reduced further.
What’s the difference between resizing and cropping?
Resizing changes the resolution while keeping the entire image. When ‘Keep aspect ratio’ is enabled, the image is resized to fit within the specified width and height. Cropping keeps only the selected area. In the crop tool, click each file to set its crop area individually. The X and Y positions are measured from the top-left corner of the original image.
Are backgrounds and photo information preserved?
PNG and WebP results preserve transparent backgrounds. Transparent areas become white in JPG files. When an image is re-saved, original metadata such as EXIF, location, and capture information may be removed, and its colors and quality may differ from the original. Results marked ‘Kept original’ are the original files, so their metadata is preserved. Do not use this tool for professional print color management or metadata preservation.
What should I do if processing fails?
First check the file format and size, then try again with fewer images. We recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Large images may fail if your device does not have enough memory. If saving a ZIP fails, download the files individually. Canceling a task keeps completed results, but refreshing the page resets the task.
How do I change the language?
You can select a language from the language dropdown at the bottom of the page. Your selection takes priority over automatic detection, and changing the language does not affect tasks in progress or results already created. On your first visit to a standard URL, the language is determined by the country associated with your IP address. If the country lookup fails, your browser language is used; if it is not supported, English is used.
