Is it really free?

Yes. All ImgKitGo image tools are free to use without signing up, paying, or adding watermarks. For reliable processing, we support up to 30 files at a time, 50MB per file, 250MB total, and 40 million pixels per image.

Are my images processed securely?

Images are processed only in your browser and are never sent to or stored on ImgKitGo servers. Previews and results created during processing are kept temporarily in the current tab and are cleared when you remove the files or close the tab.

Which image formats are supported?

We support static JPG (JPEG), PNG, and WebP images. GIF, HEIC, SVG, AVIF, and animated PNG/WebP are not supported. You can save images as JPG, PNG, or WebP with the format converter.

Will compression reduce image quality?

JPG and WebP compression may cause some quality loss depending on the quality setting. The default setting is 80%, balancing image quality and file size. PNG files are converted by default to WebP while preserving transparency. Compression results vary by source, and files that are already optimized may not get smaller.
